Southwest Johnson County Area Plan partners will host a public open house on Thursday, Feb. 28, to discuss land-use options, transportation alternatives and other development ideas for this growing area. The input and participation of citizens, property owners, developers, outdoor enthusiasts and public officials is crucial to planning the future of southwest Johnson County.

Two identical presentations will be given at 6 and 7 p.m., followed by informal discussion with planning team members about possible alternatives, concerns and preferences.
